OK, I have the app downloaded and installed, now what?

To access your personal agenda on your device, you must log into the system as follows: When the system prompts, you should enter either your registration confirmation number (as shown in your confirmation e-mail or on your conference badge) or your e-mail address. The system also requires that you enter the password you created during registration. We recommend that you use your registration confirmation number so that you don't have to reenter it when updating your agenda.

Once you are authenticated into the system, your personal agenda will automatically load and populate the personal agenda section of the application.

If you have forgotten your password, then you may initiate a password reset session through the conference registration Web site.

Your personal agenda and schedule: To add or reserve hands-on workshops, you must use the Agenda Builder on the conference Web site.

I am having trouble installing the app; how do I get help?

Prior to the conference starting, you can ask for help by e-mailing our help desk at support@swiftmobile.com.

On-site at SAP TechEd, we will have a staffed help desk near the registration check-in area where you can have a support technician answer your questions about the mobile event guide.
